Client Relationship

We foster long-term relationships with select clients with whom we develop reciprocal confidence and a mutual sense of achievement.

We believe in clearly defining client objectives and service parameters and in meticulously managing client-consultant relationships.

Each assignment is based on a detailed proposal specifying results to be achieved, methodologies to be employed and the time-frame earmarked. Once agreed, this proposal is incorporated into a standard agreement (Terms of Engagement) which stipulates service terms and conditions and establishes our remunerations.
